Responsibilities since June 2020

  • Product lead to design, integrate & implement end to end Digital Wealth (functional) journeys and solutions for all wealth management products
  • Envisage customer onboarding journeys across diverse digital eco systems, through detailed workflows across Investments products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, ETFs, and Equities)
  • Explore API equipped platforms with third parties (such as Morningstar, Bloomberg, etc.) and visualize digital solution designs for enhanced customer experiences via various platforms within the bank
  • Focus on essential marketing elements (ATL, Digital & BTL) for the Digital Wealth project and aim at releasing personalized campaigns for targeted clients
  • Liaise with Wealth Management Consumer Credit team for the digital onboarding journeys and workflows on Lombard Lending
  • Additional responsibility of driving digital journeys on key Life and Non-Life Bancassurance Products in 2021; liaise with the Insurance Product Manager on Motor & Term Insurance digital solutions

Responsibilities till May 2020

  • Instrumental member of the team responsible for ideation, launch and delivery of new products (i.e. Liabilities (Accounts & Deposit products), Bancassurance (Whole of Life, Term, Savings & General Insurance products) and Offshore Banking (Foreign currency Deposits and Savings Accounts)
  • Responsible for Campaign Management, Product Structuring & Delivery, Portfolio Tracking and marketing of Liabilities, Bancassurance and ADCB Offshore Banking (erstwhile Jersey set up) products
  • Single Point of Contact for all digital marketing initiatives such as managing social media campaigns with the core Marketing team and BTL activities such as ADCB website revamp, Email and SMS releases
  • Product Owner for Retail Account Opening APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for Consumer Banking
  • Partner key stakeholders in UAE and global insurance providers, to coordinate and execute a series of year-round market outreach events
  • Responsible for overall topline growth of the product suite managed for Liabilities & Bancassurance products

Key Achievements

  • Rated as ‘Exceptional’ at the year-end appraisals for 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, respectively
  • Winner of the recent bank wide Fintech 'ideation' challenge in collaboration with HUB-71, in March 2021
  • Member of the ADCB Digital Co-lab hackathon winning squad (best API idea & presentation) which traveled to the Plug & Play Tech Center at Silicon Valley, USA in October 2019

  • Managed a team of Insurance Specialists dedicated for ADCB UAE & ensured that monthly targets were met/exceeded for assigned channels. Yearly objectives were across Annualized Net Premium (ANP) Issuance, Single Premiums, Renewal Premiums, First Year Premiums & Accident & Health (A&H) products
  • Responsible for activation of Emirates NBD Priority Banking & Retail Wealth channels and Mashreq Private Banking for Bancassurance Products by liaising with RMs on regular trainings & client meetings
  • Channel Management, Product Design and Marketing for key local bank partnerships
  • Collaborated with MetLife senior management & marketing team to ensure brand guidelines and content quality parameters are met for all BTL elements, ATL advertisements and digital marketing initiatives
  • Was the focal point of contact on escalations and issue resolution for local bank partnerships and ensure prompt solutions are delivered within agreed TATs
  • Responsible for overall profitability & sales of the account being managed and ensure all the above activities result in higher Annualized Net Premium (ANP) and increased share for MetLife

Key Achievements:

  • Pivotal member of the Bancassurance team assigned to ADCB which launched activated key channels in Bancassurance space for MetLife UAE by launching key Whole of Life and Savings Products; resulting in phenomenal growth in Bancassurance business from 2009 till 2013.
  • Successfully conducted product launch trainings, ATL/BTL marketing activity and events with key local banks such as Emirates NBD and ADCB, resulting deeper penetration of insurance products and awareness amongst bank’s clients.
