  • Follow up with all employees concerning medical certificates for sick leaves, annual leaves, out of office/absence forms, maternity, unpaid leaves

  • Track list of self-paid insurance employees and provide details to payroll
  • Assist for the processing of Residence Visas, Emirates IDs, Occupational Health Cards, labour cards under MOL

  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to all employees and conduct roadshows to promote the company HR process and policies & Work life balance
  • Timely store visits while conducting HR audit and staff performance feedback
  • Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure case/issue is closed efficiently and in timely manner

  • Responsible for the whole Payroll process for UAE business units.
  • Entry and follow-up of employees’ deductions, loans, additions, commissions, unpaid leaves.
  • Check if all new-comers have been entered in the system.
  • Calculate the final dues for leavers or transferred employees in accordance with local laws and group’s policies and procedures.
  • Check accuracy of information in final payroll report.
  • Upload salaries on the local bank portal after the pre payroll checks.
  • Send communication to release the payroll to leadership team and Finance.
  • Process and issue employee monthly pay slips.
  • Assist Finance with post payroll processing reports.
  • Periodic calculation of employees’ variables.
  • Manage Expat payroll process.
  • Post payroll reports sent to Global Mobility/ Global Compensation team.
