1.Handling pharmacy purchases based on fast and slow movement involves managing inventory efficiently to ensure that products with high demand are readily available while minimizing stock of slow-moving items to reduce the risk of expiry and capital tie-up.

2.Maintain good communication with suppliers regarding product expiry dates. Request products with longer shelf lives whenever possible to reduce the risk of expiry. Discuss options for returning or exchanging expired products with your suppliers, especially if the expiry occurred due to issues on their end, such as short shelf life upon delivery.

3.When receiving goods from suppliers, create a GRN entry in ERP inventory management system.

4.Master data creation in ERP for all pharmacies in UAE level and support HIS related functions like product updating in Doctors masters.

5.Updating all additional details of the Products in ERP master to reflect in HIS Doctors master like Generic name of the product, Strength, Route of admin, Item form, ETC.

6.Functioning as a super user in ERP implementation and rollouts involves taking a lead role in facilitating the transition to the new system and supporting end-users throughout the process.

7.Responsible for all data entry, insurance claim submissions, and resubmissions for the pharmacy.
