• Calculate and design clamps for online leak sealing: After technician has done a sight survey, they will hand over a report with all necessary dimensions and details to calculate and design a clamp needed to arrest the leak.
• PSV / Trevi testing for safety relief valves, service and maintenance: Testing and calibrating of various sizes safety valves online and offline testing in oil and gas, petrochemical, fertilizer and power plants. Valve flushing, sealant, and lubrication.
• Line Boring BB5000 and BB6000: Alignments, weld up and machine to bush, pin or bearing size. Machining of grooves and facing.
• Fitting and Turning: Lath machine, Milling machine and Drilling machine.
• Flange facing from 2” to 120”: Raised Face Flanges, Flat Face Flanges, Re-Face Valve Seats and Compressors, Flange outside Diameter, Back facing, Flange inside Diameter, O-Ring Grooves and Tube Sheet Re-facing, Shells, Man ways and Heat exchangers, RTJ and Grey lock Hubs
• On site Milling, Surface of 2.2m wide x 4m long with a flatness tolerance of 0.2mm per meter: Pumps, Compressors, Gear Boxes, Turbine base plates, Tube Sheet Partition Grooves, Heat Exchangers, Mill Shafts and Slots, Keyway Cutting and Slot
• Pipe Cold Cutting & Bevelling 4” to 60” OD: Heavy Wall, Cold Cutting, Internal and External Casing, Counter bores, Bevelling, Weld crown reduction and removal, Elbows, Nozzles and Piping.
• Travel L Cutter: Parting and Weld Preps 6" to 72"
• Hot and Cold Tapping: Range from 1" to 48” Holes, Pipe freezing with liquid nitrogen.
• Taylor Hobson Micro Alignment Telescope: Alignment, Squareness, Level, Flatness and Straightness
