Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.
• Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
• Establishes program requirements for all areas of project, and monitors draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.
• Responsible for development and distribution of one to two-page description of project to all members of project team for reference.
• Plans, directs, supervises, and controls execution of all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of assigned project.
• Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.

• Designing of Co-ordination drawings for MEP services and builders works drawings
• Involved in preparing layouts of lighting, power, single line diagrams
• Preparing calculation sheets for lighting, cable tray and cable calculations for various buildings to execute project according to client requirement.

• Review plans and specifications according to plan.

• Prepare plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system.
• Assessed work of consultants and contractors to determine capability.
• Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System.
• Analyse mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering problems and formulate solutions.
