I manage end-to-end projects for all Head & Shoulders initiatives across the Middle East and North Africa, leading cross-functional teams including Brands, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. I ensure timely and successful project delivery through rigorous follow-ups and action plans. After project completion I conduct a 3, 6 and 12 month listen meeting with all stakeholders to gather learnings from the project executions to help improve the upcoming projects.


  • I delivered $1.5 million in savings through a cost-effective formula qualification and successfully leading consumer research for an improved Head & Shoulders formula tailored to MENA consumers. I collaborated with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain and external agencies to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and finished products and successful consumer testing.
  • Developed strategies to mitigate challenges during the project lifecycle and prevented a $1 million hurt in a MENA imported lineup launch. Coordinated with Belgium and MENA supply teams to assess risks after a partial warehouse shutdown in Belgium, prioritized all orders, and escalated issues to stakeholders for urgent support on MENA orders.
  • Avoided a $0.2 million ongoing hurt in a product back label increase project by finding a win-win situation between the brands requirements and external supplier limitations to optimize cost.

I led end-to-end technical savings projects and new initiatives for all haircare brands at P&G Pakistan, collaborating with cross-functional teams including Brands, R&D, Manufacturing, Regional support, and Supply Chain. My role combined two key responsibilities: 1) Ensuring operational readiness at the plant, coordinating with Quality Assurance, Operations, Warehouse, and Supply & Planning teams for technical changes in formulas or packaging, while building capabilities in people and equipment. 2) Managing broader- commercial scale initiative scheduling and readiness across R&D, Brands, Manufacturing, and Distribution to deliver innovations to consumer shelves.


  • Conducted a Mastermind Cost-saving and new initiatives idea generation session between multi-functional teams including R&D, brand and plant. Facilitated in generating $ 75 million worth of ideas vs market competitor benchmarking and R&D research to feed into next 3 years game plan of haircare brands.
  • Secured the budget to conduct the first ever consumer research in Haircare P&G Pakistan from HairCare Vice President by delivering a strong presentation pitch on conducting a consumer research for an R&D suggested cost-efficient new formula on Pantene core business and how it would lead to brand growth and superiority vs competitor. Delivered a $0.7 million ongoing annual savings on the base business by project actualization.
  • Delivered $1 million profit help by localizing Pantene conditioners business in Pakistan vs importing it from Saudi Arabia and paying 75% of the total cost on customs and import duties.
