Customer Service & Guest Experience:
- Ensure exceptional dining experiences by maintaining high service standards.
- Address guest feedback and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement innovative service strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Financial Management & Cost Control:
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of F&B operations.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Optimize food and beverage costs while maintaining quality standards.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP, local food safety laws).
- Conduct regular audits to maintain cleanliness and operational safety.
- Implement sustainability initiatives to minimize environmental impact.
Menu Development & Innovation:
- Collaborate with chefs and bar managers to develop innovative menus.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new food & beverage offerings.
- Ensure menu pricing aligns with market trends and profitability goals.
