Serendipity is a mega state level cultural event in which all the colleges over the entire valley actively participate and the event goes on for one week. I was one of the program coordinators for the whole event and managed a team of 15 members. Demonstrated leadership qualities and at the same time played a very good team role with the other coordinators in order to make the mega event successful for 2 consecutive years.
