- Disassembly and assembly of cabin components such as aircraft partitions, side window panels, overhead bins, first class suite components, bar lounge with Sofas, lamp posts etc...
- Lamination of aircraft decor panels and partitions.
- Conducting incoming inspections for cabin components to identify defects and generation of reports.
- Segregation of 3rd Party components (Diehl, Collins) for repair actions.
- Disassembly and assembly of Aircraft Seats and Components.
- De-riveting and riveting to retriever assembly.

- Participated in damage evaluation process to identify damages of incoming aircraft components by conducting detailed visual inspections and classifying defects identified.
- Fabrication of authorized Sheet Metal parts under company approval by referring approved data and Engineering drawings using Bending Machine, Shears and Form Blocks.
- Identification of Solid, Blind and Special Fasteners Removal and Installation of Solid, Blind and Special Fasteners using Pneumatic and hand Tools.
- Removal of Corrosion and Re-protection of Al-Alloy sheet metal parts.
- Used Special Jigs and Fixtures when the component build up was in progress.
- Used precision and calibrated measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers, torque wrenches and depth gauges.
