- Manage the 3PLS ( SLA’s, Costs, Storage ) across the GCC – UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain.
- In charge of all Exports and Imports in and out of the UAE.
- Controlled the P&L for Logistics
- Vendor and Freight Negotiations – RFQ’s, SPOT Rates Etc.
- Fleet Management to all Retail stores in UAE – Wholesale and Retail.
- Forecasts – Inbound, Outbound, Sales Vs Actuals

Vendor Negotiation / Procurement / Freight and Warehouse Management / Quality Checks / Market Expansion / Market Place Relationship Management / VAT Implementation / Sales and SWOT analysis.
