· Regular monitoring the manufacturing process and ensure the timely delivery of the materials to meet the project deadline.

· Monitoring the Commodity exposure and advise the management to take the decisions on right time.

· Plan and implement logistical strategy, arranging the logistics for the international vendors ensuring delivery timelines are met.

Managing & Motivating team of Supply Chain & Logistics team

· Overall Responsible for the Profitability and Contracts Management for the Project.

· Implementing the Safety & Quality requirements to enrich the project deliverables.

· Preparation/Monitoring of overall project schedule coordinating with Planning engineer, Oversee Construction.

· Coordinating all site meetings with O/E, OEM Engineers based on site requirement for the Progress

· Coordination with O/E & engineering team for Design stage.

· Finalizing the orders within stipulated levels within Project cost.

· Control & monitoring the project cost time to time and Implementation of Risk Management in Project and proper control of the same.

· Coordinating for Material quantification / procurement, design approvals / timely submission of design documents, vendor coordination etc. to accelerate overall project activities.

· Studying all construction drawings / documents and its updates in terms of construction methodologies in coordination with other disciplines /contractors / subcontractors prior to construction and to give proper extensive explanation to the team of work.

· Responsible for Successful Site Erection of all the Major Electrical Equipments

· Studying the construction schedule and project budget and review them continuously to assure working within the limit.

· Coordination with Client for the Major Shutdown activities for 220kV System, preparation for the shutdown activities and Energization of the system as per client requirements.

· Responsible for client invoicing and collection from client on time.

· Coordination and monitoring overall site testing team.

Manage and monitor project closeout procedures including O&M manuals, as built, punch lists, and warranty walk through.

· Preparation/Monitoring of overall project schedule coordinating with Planning engineer, Oversee Construction.

· Coordinating all site meetings with O/E,OEM Engineers based on site requirement for the Progress

· Coordination with O/E & engineering team for Design stage comments

· Managing the site activities of Substation Projects at various stages of the execution with Civil and MEP team.

· Coordinating for Material quantification / procurement, design approvals / timely submission of design documents, vendor coordination etc. to accelerate overall project activities.

· Studying all construction drawings / documents and its updates in terms of construction methodologies in coordination with other disciplines /contractors / subcontractors prior to construction and to give proper extensive explanation to the team of work.

· Managing simultaneous work group with all aspects of tasks development; follow-up task progress and time schedule for the projects

· Responsible for Successful Site Erection of all the Major Electrical Equipments which is included the following Major equipments

o 220kV GIS, 132kV GIS & 33kV GIS

o 132/33kV Power Transformer & EAT

o Control & Relay Panels, SCS System.

o LVAC, DC system & Capacitor Banks

o Telecommunication equipments

o EOT Crane, Fire Fighting & HVAC System

· Studying the construction schedule and project budget and review them continuously to assure working within the limit.

· Coordination with Client for the Major Shutdown activities for 220kV System and 132kV System, preparation for the shutdown activities and Energization of the system as per client requirements.

· Responsible for RCDR and all Claims as per work done.

· Coordination and monitoring overall site testing team.

· Overall responsible for the completion of Project in compliance with client HSE/Quality requirements.

Manage and monitor project closeout procedures including O&M manuals, as built, punch lists, and warranty walk through.

· Responsible for Project Monitoring & Coordination with the on-going Projects.

· Engineering Review including Vendor Drawings, Coordination with all the Main equipment vendors for the timely delivery of Major Equipments.

· Coordinating for Material quantification / procurement, design approvals / timely submission of design documents, vendor coordination etc. to accelerate overall project activities

· Project Review with Client and Internal review for the Control Monitoring for the projects.

· Responsible for the Installation activities in coordination with OEM supervisors wherever required.

· Technical review of Vendor Offers and Negotiation for the competitive prices as per Project requirements.

· Preparation of Bill of Material based on the Project requirements.

Preparation of Project Schedule based on the Scope of Works and Resource deployment programme.

· Responsible for the Tendering activities for the Power Transmission and Distribution Works.

· Sub-Contractor Invoice & Preparation of Measurement for the Billing.

Close out of the Individual jobs and obtaining final bills.

· Preparation of Bill of Materials based on the IFC Drawings.

· Co-ordinate with Design Dept. for non-interrupted delivery of IFC drawings for the site Team.

· Co-Ordinate with Fabrication Yard and ensure the timely delivery of the Materials to the Site Team.

· Work allocation for the sub-contractors like cable laying, Panel Erection, Testing of Cables, Transformer Installation & Testing of Transformer.

· Supervision of Cable Laying Works as per the Schematic Diagrams and conducting Site Tests for the Field equipments like LV Motors, MV Transformers, MV Switchgears & LV Panels.

· Assist Testing Team for Testing of Panels, Controller Testing. Pre-Commissioning Works for the complete ESP System and Individual Panel Testing.

· Testing of BAPCON/TAPCON system for the Supervision system for the Controller. Sorting out O&M related issues on the commissioned Panels.

· Preparation of Site Test Reports and maintain the same for the client approval.

· Co-ordinate with Purchase for the non-interrupted delivery of materials to the site.

Responsible as Site Engineer and visited various sites.
