Major features of the project: -

2. Standardized concept of PLC logic with Add-on blocks.

4. EcoScreen SCADA which is highly beneficial for operation, alarm logging, Operation logging, Maintenance, Plant status monitoring and Data acquisition.

My Role: Developing PLC logic & SCADA, Setting Networks like Profibus, Ethernet, Plant Commissioning and Production support. I have commissioned various process systems containing PT-ED, Sealer, Topcoat Booths and Ovens.

Achievements- Developed PLC logic with ADDON block concepts, successfully implemented TAR Burner for oven which are the very new and highly advanced concepts.

Achievements- Developed PLC logic with ADDON block concepts, successfully implemented BODY DATA PLC with Smart Eye readers which are the very new and highly advanced concepts.
