- Knowledge in different types of aluminum systems like Brittal, Gulf extrusion, Gutmann, Technal system, Aluk, Alumil, etc
- Follow the releasing of MR with design team and chase the materials delivery with procurement as per MR
- Prepare the delivery of materials from factory based on provided projection from management
- Follow the delivery of ordered materials with supplier with the help of procurement
- Co-ordinate with coating company for materials sent for coating and get the delivery date to plan the fabrication/installation
- Follow up for GPO release and prepare the priority for glass delivery as per plan and monitor the delivery of glass from supplier
- Monitor and resolve daily delivery issues
- Keep record on soft copy and hard copy each materials delivery note
- Weekly materials delivery summary records distribute concern team members
- Check all material when they arrive on site (following our Contracting Procedure for 'incoming goods') in coordination with QA/QC section and immediately implement these new items in the stock list
- Submission of MIR documents to respective project sites
- Preparation of commercial and technical comparison of materials from different suppliers
- Material issue and GRN records using APT ERP software
- Reviewing and routing purchase orders
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments
- Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity
- Addressing and resolving shipment and inventory issues.
