Responsible for administering various tasks related to employees and dependents, liaising with local UAE government ministries • Obtain new employment visas/work permits for all expatriate employees • Monitor and renew employee residence permits • Obtain new residence visas for dependents of employees • Facilitate renewal of residence visas for dependents • Facilitate obtaining and renewal of Expatriates passports for employees and dependents • Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees and dependents • Liaise with embassies/foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits • Liaise with UAE Immigration dept • In obtaining business entry visas for global business visitors • Administer company and joint venture companies' licenses and tax remittances with various UAE government authorities • Provide expert advice to the HR and business support team and employees on all visa formalities and all other government related procedures • Accountable for maintaining accurate records for all above
Collect and give regular updates on all labor and immigration standards from the government offices to keep the HR office well informed of any changes in procedures and rules
• Submit, follow up, and gather all new work and business visas to guarantee that the visas are handled and processed on time
• Assure all business and trade Licenses are updated and follow up on official approvals and permits to prevent extreme violations
• When the need arises, represent the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities, and other government Departments
• Respond/deal promptly and productively on general inquiries about PRO functions
• Assist the office in determining any issues identified with organization vehicle registration and renewals in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.Assist the HR department in providing information and support, making recommendations on best practices to expedite the process of getting residency permits
• Assist in other HR tasks, including medical insurance, NOC letters for Micro school students/employees, HR reports, front desk, etc.
Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations/authorities and providing a critical interface between the two • Provide quick, efficient, and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs pertaining to Immigration, the Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group, adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within concise notices • Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, employees, and their families to assist them with all government-related services.
