• Cleans of common areas , hallways, lobby, restrooms, elevators, dining areas and other function rooms

• Replenish room supplies for the refrigerator, bathroom and work desk

• Conducts carpet cleaning activities in all required areas

• Responsible for proper disposal of garbage as outlined by management.

• Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
• Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
• Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
• Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
• Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
• Create purchase orders and utilize purchasing card to perform low-value procurement activities

• Perform additional duties as assigned;
• Provides support to the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure a clean environment;
• Records data concerning work assignments, personnel actions, and time cards, and prepares periodic reports;
• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and coordinates with supervisor to take corrective action;
• Attends training classes to develop housekeeping techniques and procedures, and enhance leadership skills;
• Leads workers to ensure their duties, and tasks are completed timely standards of cleanliness;
• Assists with issuing supplies and equipment to workers;
• Plans work schedule for daily work orders and major tasks;
• Directly responsible to ensure the clients requests are assigned to personnel and completed in a timely manner daily.

• Establish work standards and procedures for housekeeping staff and ensure they adhere to it
• Assign duties to workers and inspect already completed tasks so as to ensure compliance with already stated housekeeping standards
• Make recommendations/trainings to help improve housekeeping services within the organization
• Personally carry out housekeeping duties in the case of any form of emergency/urgency, and/or shortage of staff
• Examine the building/area so as to determine areas that need repairs and/or maintenance
• Record and keep data regarding work assignments, and also prepare reports on a routine basis
• Responsible for issuing work equipment and supplies to the housekeeping staff.
