  • Supervise daily operations of the workshop for the maintenance and redressing of Halliburton (OTIS) SC-SSSVs ranging from 1.875” to 5.963” for ADNOC Onshore and Offshore fields.
  • Execute complete disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of Velocity and Injection valves according to OEM standards.
  • Perform detailed function testing, pressure testing, and nipple tests, ensuring 100% equipment reliability.
  • Create inspection reports, CALL OFF Orders, cost estimates, and redressing checklists; present documentation to clients for approval.
  • Maintain accurate health cards and tracking records for each SSSV, ensuring equipment history and usage are fully traceable.
  • Monitor inventory levels of redress kits and spare parts; coordinate with the procurement team to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Redress and maintain hydraulic setting tools for permanent packers and coordinate tool readiness for offshore deployment.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and third-party MPI testing on slickline equipment, units, power packs, and lifting tools.
  • Supervise slickline workshop operations, including sandblasting, certification, and document processing as per ADNOC standards.
  • Inspect ADNOC tool yards, collect slickline sub-completion tools, and process gate passes and invoices.
  • Provide field teams with operational support, ensuring timely delivery of tools and resolving field queries.
  • Oversee documentation, logistics, and shipping of equipment to fields and overseas locations, coordinating with the logistics team.
