FISHING AND DRILLING TOOLS RENTAL

Equipment Coordination:

* Manage the rental, delivery, and return of drilling and fishing tools.

* Ensure the right tools and equipment are available for specific drilling operations.

*Track inventory and maintain accurate records of equipment usage. Logistics Management:

*Coordinate transportation of tools and equipment to and from drilling sites.

*Work with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Customer Service:

* Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding tool rentals and services.

Operational Support:

*Focal Point for Redback Drilling Roller Reamer operations in UAE, overseeing coordination, mobilization, tracking usage & operational support .

* Collaborate with field operations teams to ensure smooth execution of drilling and fishing activities.

* Prepare DBR documents and get approval from AON and send to BAB-13.

* Prepare all the documents including utilization approval and handover to accounts for invoicing.

*Generate reports on equipment utilization, costs, and operational efficiency.

*Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards.

*Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure it meets safety requirements.

* Focal point for Redback drilling Roller Reamer for operation

• Implemented efficient production processes to optimize performance.

• Communicate with customers regularly and get feedbacks from them.

• Interpret blueprints and explain them to machinists, checking if they are following API specifications (API 7-1, 16A, 6A, 5CT) while ensuring Safety Regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks to enhance communication and Team Work.
• Manage daily operation of machine shop to achive the target.
• Properly monitor and ensure the quality standard were met.
• Prepare daily productivity of machine and machinist.
• Update the machine shop progress and material request through ERP System.
• Verify tools dimension while doing machining using different gauges.
• Delivering the tools on time which meets all quality standards to the customer.
• Properly communicate with customer and clearly understand the scope of work of non standard jobs.

• Checked riser testing and commissioning reports to ensure no gas leakage, adhering to safety regulations, resulting in a 100% safety compliance rate over 5 years.
• Provided proper awareness to the customer about PNG, ensuring customer satisfaction.
