Qualified IBPS 2016 exam among 1 million candidates conducted at all India level to recruit 8800 Probationary Officers for Public Sector Banks though which I was allocated IDBI BANK LTD.

• Maintaining portfolios of lenders and ensured quality at par with bank standards.

• Evaluation of loan structures and ensuring credit standards according to company goals and policies.

• Assisting and managing retail assets products like housing, auto, personal, educational and MSME loans and monitoring of existing loans and initiating recovering process against NPA loans as per RBI guidelines.

• Maintaining the portfolios of HNI and Government clients and deliver the investment products as per requirement.

• Managing remittance, trade finance, CASA sourcing, cross selling TPDs.

•Sourcing of Retail Assets products like Housing, Auto, Personal, Educational and MSME loans and monitoring of existing loans and initiating recovering process against NPA loans as per RBI guidelines.
•Worked and profound knowledge of Finacle CRM and Finacle GBM for processing of Public Provident Fund, Government tax payment, SCSS, NPS and SSA scheme.

As a part of a South Delhi CRY centre, I was responsible for teaching various subjects to underprivileged kids, to assist local childcare centre and collecting data which was further used in defining the strategy. Also, I was part of the team to organize cultural events as a part of fund-raising drive.
