What drives me is creating systems that don't just run smoothly, but empower teams, align with strategic goals, and make work more human.

I’m passionate about building efficient HR processes—from recruitment and onboarding to payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. I’ve led the design and implementation of full in-house HR systems, ensuring our people are supported with clarity, fairness, and transparency.
