Overseas the customer service team in main hospital & inpatient wards in STMC.
Participate in arranging customer relations department initiatives to improve customers satisfaction
Engage in solving difficult cases related to the patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team in the hospital.
Being role model by training new arrivals to enhance their skills and establish their roles in the customer service.
Validate and audits the customer service team through out Oracle system to ensure their attendees and punctuality.
