In my current occupation, I further develop the ability to identify and realize new business opportunities, both within home and foreign territories.

My responsibilities range from proactive lead development into closed deals, defining what should be done in order to enter new markets, to the identification of the most profitable marketing strategies.

I have also done an assessment of new real estate opportunities for Suha Hospitality, further broadening my exposure to the UAE dynamic real estate market-a sector so vital to Emaar operations.

The internship experiences in Aviation X Lab and ENOC afforded me project management skills, communication networks, and strategic thinking. This made it rather easier to settle into fastpaced environments and start performing almost immediately. These experiences have taught me the importance of teamwork, creativity, and maintaining good relations with clients-all important facets of business development that, in one way or another, are realized when I sit and think about my work experiences.

I am particularly drawn to Emaar Properties for its excellent reputation as the leading global developer in the real estate world.
