  • To be responsible of following up the supply chain and logistics operations for the company while reporting on all activities related to purchasing, material requirements planning and inventory control
  • Support supply chain planning, management and coordination of the procurement activities for DIOWS in liaison with SCO and storekeepers
  • Develop and drive improvement of DIOWS's procurement/supply process in how it manages it supply chain, including but not limited to sourcing, purchasing, transport, warehousing and in land transport whilst assuring continuity, quality of service and cost effectiveness
  • Help develop and manage Annual Purchasing Plans with clear long and short term goals and agreed KPI's
  • Lead automation drive for systems and procedures, capitalizing on the ERP System and recommending alternative solutions where not possible
  • Manage, plan and optimize supplies, freight, and warehousing and overall inventory management
  • To follow-up with Operations department regarding logistics and Supply activities for confirmation of goods and raw materials with approved suppliers with clear short term and long term goals;
