• Maintaining inventory of spare parts and tools

RAK logistics is a group of 6 organizations in 5 countries that serves 50 countries across the globe

As an accountant, I was responsible for

• Handling freight cost bookings and invoicing
• Administrative expenses
• Cheque preparations and payment entries
• Sales invoice confirmations
• Partnered with auditors on annual audits
• Monitored status of accounts receivable and payable to facilitate prompt processing
• Reconciled customer ledger, employee expenses, sales commissions & bank Accounts
