Role Responsibilities:

• Academic Management-MIS - Supported the strategic direction of the school in its use of data and the development and maintenance of SIMS (School Information Management Software)
• School Administration-MIS -Supported the smooth function of school on a daily basis by coordinating and working closely with 200 staff (teaching and non-teaching)
• Government Compliance : Ensured compliance of KHDA and Ministry of Education guideline. Prepared for government (KHDA) inspections and year end data submission
• Inspections - Prepared for Govt Body inspections and for GEMS internal review
• Timetabling (Whole School)-MIS - Liaised with the Senior Leaders and Department Heads for curriculum modelling as per the Cambridge Board standards, Staffing, Lesson Allotment and Rooming
• Administrative Reports-MIS -Prepared reports from the database to support various administrative work
• Board Exams -Liaised with the Cambridge Examination Board standards to conduct exams, prepared exam invigilation schedules, rooming for exams and supervised the exams process
• School Termly Assessment - Prepared Invigilation schedules, exam room and seating schedule, supervised the assessments are conducted on time and run smooth
• Assessment Marksheets-MIS - Created master data marksheets as per the school requirements and ensured timely entry of grades into the marksheets
• Whole School Data in MIS -Worked alongside with the department heads to ensure data collections are completed on time
• Academic Reports - Created academic reports, ensured the data from mark sheets were accurately fetched into these reports, timely uploaded these reports for teachers and students to access
