- Identify potential hazards and ensure that appropriate control measures are implemented to mitigate risks.
- Ensure that all work activities comply with legal regulations, industry standards, and organizational safety policies.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and update PTW procedures accordingly.
- Ensure that all PTW related documentation is accurately maintained and stored.
- Ensure that permits are properly closed once the work is completed and that all safety requirements have been met.
- Review completed permits and documentation to ensure that all safety measured were followed and that the work was completed as planned.
