Roles and Responsibilities:

• Having Strong banking domain knowledge.
• Business Analyst / Product owner for ADCB Internet Banking, ADCB Mobile Banking and ADCB Offers app.
• Gathering requirement and designing the ADCB wallet app (EDW using Klip).
• Successfully driven end-to-end delivery of banking solutions, including a wide variety.
• Designing Wire frame, UI/UX and human-centered design for the new application and modules.
• Involved in solution design to build a smart and intelligent system which decides on Customer state and location to give a better customer experience.
• Providing sign off for the completed module.
• Define MVPs, develop business cases, propose tradeoff to meet business outcomes, cost, timelines constraints.
• Leading the project from ideation, approval, policy, development, testing and implementation.
• Leading the development of mobile channel and build-out of new functionalities and capabilities.
• Deep knowledge about Agile Methodology.
• Involved in data process automation projects in Mobile banking project.
• Involved in usability testing.
• Involved in Project management activities, and ensuring the project deadlines are met.
• Agile Tools: JIRA, miro board, Abstract, Sketch

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Having Strong telecom domain knowledge related to IBM BPM, CRM and Order Management.
• Function as the bridge between functional business units Project management team.
• Work closely with internal staff from Product, Projects, Marketing and Technology and external stakeholders including vendors to deliver the right outcomes for the business.
• Work closely with Program Manager and other Business Analysts within the program to ensure integrity of the end-to-end solution.
• Analyze and communicate business requirements clearly and effectively and review user stories and solution documents.
• Work closely with the Scrum teams to ensure technical solution meets requirements and functional solution.
• Work with the Program Manager and Stakeholders to monitor and prioritize product backlog on an ongoing basis to meet release timelines and value to the business.
• Answer adhoc questions and provide clarification/direction to development and support teams regarding user stories and functions.
• Attend daily stand ups, evaluate progress and provide support as needed on remediation of impediments.
• Identify and raise risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, etc.
• To support solution delivery.
• Review test scope, scenarios and test coverage to ensure the delivery meets quality and Business requirements.
• Execute as well as co-ordinate Business acceptance testing with various business stakeholders.

• Experience in defect Management Tools- ALM, RTC, JIRA

• Coordinating with the DEV team, QAT team and other stake holders on the new requirement.
• Prepare screen mockups for the new feature.
