• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by identifying the department requirements, preparing job descriptions, coordinating with group talent acquisition team & managing the hiring process

• Addressing the grievance and corrective actions
• Travel desk, Employee records management (attendance, EEO data etc.) & Visa processing according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Managing the recruitment team with effective sourcing, screening & target oriented approach
• Designing compensation and benefits packages as per market standard
• Assessing training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
