4. Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.

5. Reviews repair orders to ensure that work is completed and additional work needs approval from customer

• 1Transporting passengers and goods to the designated and scheduled area’s in the EGA premises.
• 2 Pickup’s and drop’s to the new employees to their allocated department from the training center on time .
• 3 Visitors pick up’s from the main gate to the conference room with out any delay.
• 4 Maintain vehicle damages and report problems to the management.
• 5 If any Vehicle found related to our department, preparing the maintenance schedule according to the availability of the garage technician’s and sending to the workshop for proper rectifications
• 6 Providing ware house assistance to the supervisors and management to collect their items and delivering on time by following the EGA premises speed limits.
• 7 End of the day drops the vehicle as clean and tidy.

• 1. Keeping a clean, neat and safe working environments
• 2. Maintaining a record of items moving and out from the store
• 3. Lead stock related duties such as packing, labelling, scanning etc 4. To ensure both quality and quantity of materials.
• 5. Inspect delivers for discrepancy or damage.
• 6. Report damaged inventories for record-keeping and reimbursement.
• 7. Generate material received report (MRR)timely.
• 8. Ensure storage of goods follow the first in first out (FIFO)method.
• 9, Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and ware house procedures
