  • Job Accountabilities:
  • Comply to information security and data privacy policies
  • Ensure the credit terms are met before authoring the card/Loan

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • To analyze and verdict Retail credit applications by reviewing financial capacity, business profile, industry position, repayment capability, collateral adequacy and account conduct
  • Receive the customer credit card application from the different channels
  • Handle escalated queries and issues through calls, emails and other channels
  • Reviewing financial statements, credit reports and appropriate ratios (i.e: Debt ratios, loan-to-value)
  • Examine transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness and underwrite applications
  • Prepare formal reports for escalation to client's retail credit, whole sale banking, collections and compliance unit
  • Ensure the documents are consistent and uphold to company and central bank guidelines
  • Implement fraud detection techniques, performing compliance reviews
  • Assist with re-negotiations of loans based on lending guidelines
  • Liaise with sourcing channels for clarification regarding applications
  • Maintain MIS and generate reports as applicable (Deviation MIS and Score card MIS e.t.c)

  • Act as a referral point for escalation / credit reviews / inputs to business teams
