  • Filling up a unit information form including specs and sizes for price fixing propose
  • Monitor the performance of outsourced service providers to ensure tasks and instructions are followed as per the agreed contractual terms and conditions and as per company standards, policies and procedures
  • In the event of non-compliance of set terms and conditions by the service providers, issue warning letters, discuss with immediate line manager, set penalties and advice the finance department to deduct the agreed amounts from the payments to be made to the service providers
