- Execute all the imports and exports operations of the various hydro carbon cargo by ship , Line up ,monitor ,control all terminal day to day operations such as oil movements by pipeline, inter tank transfer, ship to ship, PLT, inter terminals, chemical injection, butanization, pigging, rigging, sampling, gauging, blinding&de-blinding, and truck loading /off-loading in a safely and efficiently manner standard operating procedure.
- Calculate stop gauges as per operational requirement as another goal keeper to ensure that no shortage or over delivered /received during cargo operations such as inter tank transfer,PLT ,loading and discharging vessels.
- Records all activities in log book ,gauge ticket pumping log ,process flow diagram and other documents being maintained by operations.
- Participate in all the trainings arranged by department and QHSE . Report all the incidents, near miss and accidents. Maintain and comply all the IMS, follow the PTW system for all terminal activities .
- Perform the routine/contingency drills.comply with any other task entrusted by the supervisor within the operations of the terminal.
- Engage in continuous improvement and quality assurance activities for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Manage resource and improve equipment's efficiency to reduce operational delay and costs.
- Coordinate/communicate with other partner Terminals for any cargo movement and Terminal to Terminal/berth operations.
- Coordinate with 3rd party surveyor for any tank gauging and sampling as per client instruction through Logistic department.
