  • Worked in electrical generators maintenance workshop closing on average 750 job orders per year. Worked on different types of engines such as Deutz, Caterpillar, Volks Wagon, Perkins, Subaro, Yanmar, Hyundai, Volvo.
  • Finalized and successfully delivered maintenance service for 8 consecutive quarters, maintaining above 95% service levels incurring zero penalties.
  • Forecasted annual spare parts inventory needs through extracting spare part numbers from technical manuals, verifying consumption levels from past data, and submitting inventory forecast to customer. Service KPI of 96.8% was achieved in 2023 due to availability of spare parts in storage.
  • Managed project inventory levels for consumables, equipment, and PPE for project by using periodic inventory checks. As a result, idle operations time due to out of stock consumables reduced greatly.
  • Purchased, managed, and maintained calibration of tools, equipment, and test benches.
  • Compiled spare parts package for 1,000 hours preventive maintenance to prepare spare parts before assets' arrival to workshop, cutting down waiting for spare parts time.
