Worked in electrical generators maintenance workshop closing on average 750 job orders per year. Worked on different types of engines such as Deutz, Caterpillar, Volks Wagon, Perkins, Subaro, Yanmar, Hyundai, Volvo.
Finalized and successfully delivered maintenance service for 8 consecutive quarters, maintaining above 95% service levels incurring zero penalties.
Forecasted annual spare parts inventory needs through extracting spare part numbers from technical manuals, verifying consumption levels from past data, and submitting inventory forecast to customer. Service KPI of 96.8% was achieved in 2023 due to availability of spare parts in storage.
Managed project inventory levels for consumables, equipment, and PPE for project by using periodic inventory checks. As a result, idle operations time due to out of stock consumables reduced greatly.
Purchased, managed, and maintained calibration of tools, equipment, and test benches.
Compiled spare parts package for 1,000 hours preventive maintenance to prepare spare parts before assets' arrival to workshop, cutting down waiting for spare parts time.
Developed loyal and highly satisfied customer base through proactive management of customer service strategies. Planned scheduled maintenance outages as part of preventive maintenance program.
Introduced service stickers to customer's assets, to notify site technicians when next service is due, improving preventive maintenance levels and increasing MTTF significantly as result.
Performed Value Stream Mapping by first creating Current State Map for workshop operations, identifying bottlenecks and areas in need for improvement, and suggesting a future state map to improve overall system throughput.
Accomplished higher workflow by improving facility layout , and adjusting work sections according to operations workflow.
Implemented Kanban system to signal for spare part needs during maintenance operations within workshop.
Leveled out workload at subsystems maintenance section by creating a schedule to repair 12 Starter, 6 Alternator, and 2 Actuator subassemblies per month.
Made hiring recommendations and technical interviews to grow project's manpower and capability according to customer's needs.
Supervised employee performance , preventive maintenance, and safety training.
Conducted weekly staff meetings to motivate staff members, address concerns and questions, plan improvements and evaluate progress toward goals.

Assisted in completing procurement purchase orders by communicating with customer and coordinating with vendors accordingly to finish on hold assets, avoiding late purchase order penalties.
Created a process workflow and a procedure manual for the procurement process, to simplify spare parts and services purchasing process.

Used “Getting Things Done” methodology to handle project tasks in stress free manner.
