  • All responsibilities of to assist the Project Manager in achieving his endeavour as the discipline engineer.
  • To ensure the satisfaction of the client, consultant and main contractor and the Project Manager always.
  • Analyze all project documents such as specifications and Vendor List to prepare.
  • Responsible for Prepare Estimation based on Electrical quantities from the drawing such as Light, power, cables, Wires, Low current system, Fire Alarm, Earthling and Lightning Protection, Etc.
  • Responsible for preparing the Breakdown Bill of Quantities, cost sheets, Summaries, comparison sheet for MEP sub-contractor quotations and Suppliers' materials for higher management approvals.
  • Preparing Materials Submittals & Shop drawings for Consultant Approval.
  • Electrical Power Distribution & Protection system designing as per regulations, specifications, and standards.
  • Preparation of BOQs and Material requisitions as per specifications and project requirements.
  • Responsible for preparing RFI documents for consultant / client.
  • Power Distribution and Protection of temporary power for under construction site as per safety rules.
  • Provide technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.
  • Estimation/ Procurement/ designing of all project requirements.
  • Design, Organize, Program, and prepare of shop drawings for Electrical Systems, lighting protection system, and other low current such as: fire alarm system, CBS, ELV systems.
  • Supervise of Electrical work at site / preparation of AS BUILD drawings and related Documents & Closeout Documents for Handover.
  • Inspect all materials and equipment delivered to site against specification and approval
  • Attend all site meetings with client and contractor for Project progress plans.
