As Technical Inspector, my ultimate task is to ensure the safety of the aircraft by:

• Ensuring that maintenance is Carrying out maintenance intervals as per relevant manuals and in time.
• Monitoring and updating historical records on Esnaad and log cards to ensure that maintenance intervals and components are not overdue.
• Reviewing MSI for applicability and ensure its compliance.

Other tasks also:

• Giving technical supports to othe departments as needed.

Extra tasks:

• Assist as needed on major inspections.
• Carrying out supervisory roles as needed.

As a mechanic I was assigned to:

• Perform all maintenance work in accordance with applicable documentation, technical manuals, TOSs and governing regulations
• Complete all maintenance documentation i accordance requirements in a timely manner
• Prevent tool breakage due to misuse
• Prevent the occurrence of lost tools during work
• Prevent FOD events by placing loose items )e.g
• Tools, rags, hard in designated positions
• Extra tasks:
• Designing tools to help handling and storing some parts safely such as cylinders and servos
• Supervisory tasks whenever needed.

As a mechanic I was assigned to carry out daily tasks on CNC machines including:

• Loading/unloading raw parts
• Loading/unloading tools
• Operating CNC
• Carry out final part measures for acceptance
• As a trainee N was carrying engineering tasks including:
• CNC operating scheme
• Cools list for CNC machines
• Raw material fixture procedures
