• The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is the leading government body responsible for overseeing the roads and transportation infrastructure in Dubai, UAE. As part of its digital transformation, RTA has implemented Microsoft Dynamics D365 FO to manage various utilities.
• The project involves:
• System Integrations: Integration of D365FO with multiple third-party systems to ensure smooth data exchange and enhance overall business operations.
• Module Customization and Development: Customization and development across several key modules, including Retail and Accounts Receivables, to meet specific business requirements.

• Key Contributions & Responsibilities:
• Client Coordination: Acted as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring that business requirements were effectively gathered, understood, and translated into technical solutions.
• Integration and API Development: Developed and managed integrations and APIs between D365FO and third-party systems, streamlining business processes and improving data flow across systems.
• Customization & Development (D365FO): Led customization and development efforts for key modules, including Retail, Accounts Receivables, and General Ledger in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO).
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborated with various integration teams to collect and exchange critical data, ensuring that all business requirements were met effectively.

The client is one of the leading IT service providers in Scandinavia, known for its deep customer relationships, industry expertise, and robust IT capabilities.

Project Summary:

• Coordinated with the client to gather detailed requirements for the upgrade of the Billing Module from AX 2009 to AX 2012 R2.
• Provided accurate estimates for the upgrade process to the management team, ensuring proper resource allocation and timelines.
• Worked on Code Cleaning and Code Merging for the Billing Module, aligning with Configuration Keys to ensure a smooth upgrade.
• Managed the upgrade process of the existing Billing Module in AX 2009 to AX 2012 R2, ensuring minimal disruption and effective performance post-upgrade.
• Worked extensively on AX 2012 R3, implementing the new framework components, including Address, Human Resources, and Inventory modules.
• Followed Microsoft Best Practices for the Code Upgrade process, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborated closely with the Data Migration Team, facilitating the migration of data from legacy systems to AX 2012 R3 using the DIEF (Data Import/Export Framework).
• Utilized TFS (Team Foundation Server) to identify and resolve bugs during the functional testing process, ensuring smooth functionality post-upgrade.

Contribution:

Module 1: Telecom Asset Management
Developed a centralized system for managing telecom assets, which streamlined the process for the admin team and enabled employees to raise requests related to telecom items such as Data Cards and SIM Cards.

• Location-wise Implementation: Implemented asset management across multiple locations, ensuring a scalable solution.
• Request Raising via Enterprise Portal: Exposed the request-raising functionality via Enterprise Portal (SharePoint), providing easy access to users.
• Approval Workflow: Developed an approval process based on Employee’s grade, ensuring the right approvals for asset requests.
• Mail Reminders: Implemented automated mail reminders to both the asset team and end-users, ensuring timely follow-ups and actions on requests.

Module 2: Employee Asset Dashboard
Developed a comprehensive dashboard that allowed end users to view and manage all Mobile, Hardware, and Telecom assets allocated to them, either at the project level or individual level.

• 24/7 Data Availability: Ensured continuous access to real-time asset data, improving the accuracy and timeliness of asset management.
• Discrepancy Management: Allowed end users to raise discrepancies regarding assets, enabling faster resolution.
• Asset Tracking: Enabled the asset team to track and manage assets more effectively, reducing losses and improving asset utilization.
• Asset Age Calculation: Incorporated functionality to calculate the age of assets and notify users when an asset is due for refreshment, enhancing asset lifecycle management.
• Location-wise Data Integration: Integrated asset data from multiple locations, ensuring that the asset team had a centralized view of all asset information.

Module 1: Electronic Medical Records (E.M.R)
Developed the Electronic Medical Record (E.M.R) module to handle all functions related to Imaging & Diagnosis of patients, helping healthcare professionals manage patient data more effectively.

• Templates: Developed customizable templates for patient records and diagnosis.
• Order Listing: Implemented functionality for listing and tracking medical orders.
• Imaging & Diagnosis Statistics: Integrated tools to provide statistical data for imaging and diagnosis, aiding medical analysis.
• Diagnosis Process Trail: Created a trail to track the diagnosis process, ensuring the accuracy and continuity of patient care.

Module 2: In Patient Management (I.P.M)
Developed the In Patient Management (I.P.M) module, handling all functions related to patient management, starting from admission and ending with discharge.

• Bed Transactions: Managed transactions related to bed assignments and transfers within the hospital.
• Discharge Summary: Developed a feature to generate discharge summaries for patients.
• Archives: Implemented patient archives for historical medical records.
• Initial Assessment of Patient: Created functionality for initial patient assessments upon admission.
• Monitoring: Integrated patient monitoring features for tracking patient status during their stay.
• Transfer Bed: Allowed the transfer of patients between different beds based on their condition.
