• Conducting land surveys to establish property boundaries, topography, and legal descriptions of land parcels within the municipality
• Creating maps, plats, and other graphical representations of land features, infrastructure, and property boundaries for use by municipal departments and the public
• Assisting with zoning and land use planning efforts by providing accurate survey data and analysis to support decision-making processes related to development, zoning regulations, and land use policies
• Providing survey support for municipal infrastructure projects, such as roads, utilities, parks, and public facilities, including conducting surveys for project planning, design, and construction
• Assisting with property assessment and valuation by providing survey data on property boundaries, improvements, and other relevant information used in determining property taxes and assessments
• Managing geographic information systems (GIS) data and databases for the municipality, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing spatial data to support various municipal functions and decision-making processes
• Communicating with residents, property owners, and other stakeholders to provide information about surveying activities, land use regulations, and municipal projects, as well as addressing questions, concerns, and inquiries related to surveying and mapping
• Collaborating with other municipal departments, such as planning, engineering, public works, and public safety, to coordinate surveying activities, share data and information, and support interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
• Support Real Estate Surveying and business follow-up in government departments
• Subdivision of Apartments and Floors , Lands ,Identifying land plots limitations , Benchmark survey point BM , Leveling Certificate for land plots
• Support consultants , contractor,and internal departments in identifying land plots limitations ,benchmark survey point BM , Leveling Certificate for land plots and submit the GIS Reports to the Stakeholders and Coordinate with Government authorities for letters related
• Working with real estate valuators in Ras Al Khaimah court cases.
