• Onboarded 2 banks as Issuer and Acquirer on the new Payment system within a very tight deadline of 4 months where documentation, planning, testing, and certification were required to complete the implementation
• Engaged with 12 Government entities and ensured their onboarding/implementation was done within the deadline of 6 months
• These challenging deliveries were done while maintaining the expectation of the clients and keeping all the stakeholders up to date to ensure there were no conflicts
• Implemented 3DS v2 on the Payment System on a tight deadline ensuring the changes to Acquirers and Merchants are timely enabled
• Drove the Digital Wallet implementation on the Payment System from the Requirements Gathering to Closure which included Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Samsung Pay

• Launching a MasterCard Pre-paid card within the Indian region integrated with a bespoke Mobile and Web Application – This is a complex project due to which a hybrid project management model is being used combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies (3 phases delivered to date)
• Restructured and developed processes along with Program Manager to create the Project/Program Management Framework at WireCard, and implement them across the organization

• The payments are received based on the Billing/Invoice Data provided by the client and through customized deposit slips and transaction codes
• DIB Easy Salary Solution - A Convenient salary solution for Corporate Clients in liaison with the Branchless Banking Unit to facilitate their staff by processing salaries directly to the employee's basic banking accounts
• In addition to this, adding value to the product by providing the employees with Visa debit cards which can be used at ATMs and POS all around the country.
