Ø Patient Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies, protocols, and care standards.

Ø Monitoring Vital Signs: Regularly check and record patients’ vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, and oxygen saturation

Ø Medication Administration: Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions or side effects.

Ø Wound Care: Provide wound dressing, IV management, and other essential nursing procedures as required.

Ø Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing notes, assessments, and interventions

Ø Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, post-discharge care, medications, and health maintenance.

Ø Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in resuscitation procedures and critical care interventions.

Ø Equipment Handling: Use and maintain medical equipment such as infusion pumps, monitors, and catheters properly.

Ø Shift Handover: Participate in effective shift handovers to ensure continuity of care.

Emotional Support: Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during treatment and recovery
