• Responsible to research , create and conduct "up-to-date" learning materials and to
  conduct onsite , remote and "blended learning technologies" classes , sessions and
  webinars in the field of women health .
• Contributing to troubleshooting and enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving problems related to image quality and system operation obstacles in the mammography field. This includes managing customer escalations effectively to ensure optimal system performance and overall customer satisfaction.
  
• As the in-country HILS administrator for PEP Connections, I am responsible for notifying the Group Owner when commercial offerings and subscriptions are enabled. This role involves overseeing the successful implementation and communication of new services to ensure they meet both operational standards and customer expectations.

Provided training services in Mammography, ABUS, and BMD to customers, offering crucial support in product applications and clinical education. My role involved helping customers achieve their clinical and diagnostic objectives and ensuring they utilized the equipment effectively.

Additionally, I organized and delivered local classroom sessions in collaboration with the local team and university students, enhancing educational outcomes.

I took a leading role in events such as trade shows, professional conferences, and congresses by conducting product demonstrations and engaging in clinical discussions to showcase our products' capabilities and benefits.

• As a Clinical Application Specialist in Women's Health and Ultrasound, I was responsible for delivering system training and supporting sales and marketing activities across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. My role involved extensive collaboration with sales teams to enhance product knowledge and application, ensuring optimal use of technology in clinical settings throughout the region.

• As a Bank Reconciliation Officer, I was responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the integrity of banking transactions. My primary duties included performing daily reconciliations of accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving banking issues promptly. I collaborated closely with the accounting and finance teams to streamline reconciliation processes, improve financial reporting, and support audit requirements.

• As the Coordinator of the Breast Imaging Department within the Breast Care Unit, I held full accountability for overseeing all departmental operations. This critical role involved managing workflows, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and enhancing patient care through effective coordination of imaging services. My leadership was instrumental in maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy in diagnostic procedures.
