I would like to express my sincere interest in passenger service duty manager position, As soon as I saw the ad, I knew this was the right position for me. I have worked as an Airport service officer for the past 15 years Executive where I have earned a great reputation for managing and organizing daily operations.
Some of the responsibilities I held in this position include acting as a link between the FAA and airport in several areas that included sending in reports, doing inspections and by making sure all areas complied with policies.
I helped develop both long and short-term goals for the company, developed marketing plans.
I dealt with any complaints made from dissatisfied passengers and any other issues that arose in a professional and timely manner. I have a Bachelor of tourism & hospitality and I am working on my masters in Marketing. I believe continuing my education is very important because things are always changing and I want to keep up with the times.
