Main responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed financial budgeting and forecasts across all departments.
• Build budget/financial models and various reporting templates.
• Liaise with business heads and support them with business analytics.
• Set/review financial and procurement policies/procedures to maintain proper control.
• Support on system automation and set proper requirements.

• Worked closely with the General manager to win business deals with external clients (e.g. Equate, Pizza hut, Fantasy world, Wataniya airways, Gulf bank and more).
• Analyze/study contracts of business deals and raise commercial and financial insights to both parties' lawyers.
• Assess deals profitability including mark-ups, discount, costs and sales forecast to highlight deal feasibility.
• Monitor business agreement renewals by highlighting the targeted renewal rate after assessing any change in sales, costs and business deliveries.
• Prepare meaningful, accurate and timely monthly/annually management reports.
• Articulate accounting points clearly and concisely to both financial and non-financial audiences.
• Conduct financial analysis across all functions of the business.
• Assist budget holders in the preparation of annual budgets/strategies to reach company goals.
• Conduct cost analysis as per business needs.
• Ensure financial control is in place as per business policies/processes.
• Analyze P&L statement expenses and highlight unnecessary costs.
• Prepare financial statements and provide key highlights.
• Assist in creating financial presentations required by Executive Management.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts of the business financials.
• Conduct analysis as per business needs and discuss findings with Business Heads.
• Review Cash, Banks, Clients and Suppliers reconciliations.
• Supervise and assist Junior Analysts in daily tasks and reports.
• Build an understanding of the value of drivers of the business.
• Create analytics around key performance indicators to facilitate qualitative reporting.
• Revenue analysis.
• Capital expenditure approvals.
• Cash flow and working capital analysis.
• Channel and product profitability.
• Liaise with business managers in areas of expertise and support them with business analytics.
• Follow up with customers to clear the outstanding payments and ensure all stay within approved credit limit.
• Review supplier payments and ensure all required documents are available including Purchase Orders.
• Ensure all the requirements are provided to External and Internal Auditors.
