  • 1. Sales Process & order management :
  • Accurately enter and process customer orders into the ERP system.

  • Track credit limits for all customers and follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any payment discrepancies as per credit terms. Maintain credit limit tracker and documents related to credit approval from management , closely followup and manage payment cycle of 30/60/90/120 days credit terms and manage payment ageing.
  • 3. Inventory Management:
  • Handle purchase entries and maintain stock reports and reconciliation, including damaged and defective stock records.
  • 4. Export Processes:
  • Export Invoicing, creating packing list according to pallet weight and segregation and generation of certificate of origin for shipments other than LCL, coordinating with cargo for processing shipments.
  • 5. Marketing and Sales:
  • Conduct email marketing highlighting product USPs. Handle walk-in customer inquiries to generate sales.
  • 6. Financial Entries:
  • Post entries for payments, and receipts, timely generate debit notes and credit notes and reconcile payable and receivables ,prepare cdc & pdc cheques, track post-dated and current cheques, reconcile discrepancies in customer payments by tracking SOA
  • 7. Comprehensive Sales reports:
  • Maintaining sales reports, tracking their movement, outwards sales verses inward purchase report, generation of product wise daily sales reports, average gross profit reports on each product.
