Duties

  • Ensures the implementation of the competency program to all staff and supports monitoring the regular performance review and agreed goals achieved through mentorship.,
  • Develops and maintains a style of management that is open positive fair consultative and non-judgmental fostering a climate more conductive to learning, where staff feels valued and fear and intimidation are eliminated., Encourages greater understanding harmony and collaborative working within the multidisciplinary teams in the interest of better care for patients.
  • Develops effective channels of communication for the dissemination of information and eliciting of staff reviews., Develops systems of audit to monitor the effectiveness of care and in consultation with others where necessary, implement recommendations to improve the care of patients.
  • Assists in identifying the learning needs and the effective learning activities required to meet those needs utilizing Training Needs Assessment., Reviews, updates and implement the nursing orientation program and nursing competencies program.
  • Enhance staff knowledge about such accreditation like JCIA, CBAHI. Coordinates and supports the Quality Department, Hospital Management, HR, and any other Department for preparing the requirement of any accreditation.
  • Conduct lectures to all Hospital staff in line with the hospital and quality department recommendations., Conducts lectures at nursing conferences and workshops, and evaluate training programs., Designs, plans materials for nurses course.
  • Plans and conducts the mandatory training and keep truck of staff attendance as monitoring., Participate in Nursing retention program, with Director of Nursing., Support Head Nurses, and Nurse Managers in finalizing, implementing their Department's KPI.
  • Ensure staff compliance to The safety culture., Participates in the internship program and undergraduate program for students joining us for training, provides all human and material resources for their training.
