  • Leading a team of storekeepers and assistants to carry out the following:-
  • Carrying out accurate system and manual transactions to record all Tools Out, Tools In, Material Issues, Transfers, Requisitions, Receipts, Loans, Borrows in the UltraMain System and relevant QA approved forms after physical verification, system reference and documents to ensure accountability and traceability.
  • Inspection of all tools, equipment, materials and related documentation held in stores to ensure they meet Emirates and Regulatory Authorities standards.
  • Monitoring all Shelf Life Controlled tools, equipment and materials as per Emirates Procedures and ensuring that Calibration, Proof Load Testing, Disposal, and Preventive Maintenance Program are processed before due date and raising requisitions for replenishments.
  • Ensuring appropriate binning, racking and general storage of all tools, equipment and materials meet company procedures and ensuring that physical locations match with system locations.
  • Carrying out self-audits, investigating and reporting discrepancies and carrying out stock reconciliation.
  • Following up on repairs with CERP to minimize local repair/ calibration TAT.
  • Liaising with AOG Desk and MCC to support local and Outstation AOG situations
  • Ensuring that Hazardous Materials are kept in Flammable cabinets or as per Emirates Quality and Safety Procedure.
  • Monitoring and forecasting of consumables consumption and initiating replenishment to avoid stocks.
  • Using historic data analysis and estimates to maintain lean stock levels.
  • Carrying out cycle counting and stocktaking of EK Inventory at DXB and Outstation stores, to ensure desired level of accuracy of inventory is maintained against physical stock levels.
  • Monitoring and staggering r calibration / proof load test and servicing of life limited tools and equipment to ensure that tooling support to maintenance is not compromised
