RESPONSIBILITY
- Project Manager : To achieve the targets for the project within the program schedule and all technical data related to the project.
- Preparing monthly targets according to main programme and cash flow with coordination with cost control sector to G.M.
- Coordination between consultant, sub contractor and all aspects related to the project controlling the progress and the statement.
- Planning and updating for the project if required, issuing the efficient sites protection, organizing all office work related to the tender.
- Project Manger : To handle the site for all requirements which effect work such as drawings, specification, work shop drawing, coordination between Consultants, subcontractor, supplier etc.
- Follow up of drawings, approvals, samples, material etc.
- Preparing schedules for time, submittal, material, manpower According to programme and requirements.
- Controlling the delivery and storage of received materials.
- Insuring all method of safety to site and labours protection.
- Reoprting to G. Manager in advance, controlling the quality, Quantities survey, surveyor and landscaping works.
