- Greet and assist passengers in a timely and effective manner.
- Check in passengers and issue boarding passes accordingly to Airline requirement.
- Participate in passenger security , screening and customs clearence process.
- Handle customer complaints , resolve issues and de-escalate complex situations.
- Provide information to customers on flight times , boarding gates , airport amenities and more.
- Attend training sessions on airline policies , operations and customer service protocols.
