• Creation of CN, Revise the object in Windchill, Update/Create 3D, Design review with the CFT.
• IQR (Internal Quality Review) process and 3D CN Review. Get an approval for design drawing.
• Upload the design & document in Windchill PDMLink to access globally.
• Upload the documents for approval in DMS server to access globally.

• Successfully qualified Boeing FAI's as per BAC5514, BAC5317-2 and Material receiving qualification for BMS8-164, BMS8-79 & BMS8-124.
• Completed SPIRIT A350 STEP 7 MOD existing tool modification & new tool design and manufacturing in less than 45 days.
• Increased efficiency and thereby only utilizing half of engineering budget.
• Successfully developed in-house CORE CHAMFERING TECHNIQUE
• Completed product design for GKN A350 project by using CATIA COMPOSITE DESIGN work bench.
• Won best Kaizen/SGIA in Quarter-III & Quarter IV 2018-2019.
• Completed GKN A350 Layup & machining fixture design in 210hrs from estimated 275 hours by adapting skeleton methodology technique.

• 2D FE mesh generation for UAV using HYPERMESH V11.0.
• Carried out linear static analysis of the UAV by MSC NASTRAN 2012 to determine the deflection, maximum stresses and failure indices in the wings, by applied load.
