• Speaking to the Doctors and clearing there necessary request, assisting them to collect the sample in a sterile pattern. Clearing the query indication and confirming the test.
• Assisting the walk-in patients.
• Checking the patient details, name of the test, Indications, Doctor and Vendor details.
• Uploading the details of the sample, patient details, case sheet in the LIMS software.
• Storing the sample in the cold room and maintaining the cold storage area to be 4°
• Checking the TAT reports on daily basis and Sending the patient report to the Doctors, before TAT.
• Checking the Quality of the Sample (Temperature, Sterile container, Leakage, clots, age of the sample, kind of the sample)
• Helping the vendors to transport the samples and Tracking the sample package.

• Responsible for overall quality control process in laboratory throughout the year.
• Tracking all documents periodically to ensure correct documentation for all process.
• Involve in presentation of the documents during external and internal audits with other departments
• Take responsibility for following quality control procedure, SOPs and GLP.
