Duties and Responsibilities
- Review the Piping design routing before the drawing issued for construction. Clarification of Support drawing for fabrication works.
- Coordination of support fabrication works with the sub-Contractor as per the project requirements and follows the planning scheduled.
- Arrangement / Supervision / Inspection of Pipe joint Fit-up, welding joints, sand blasting painting non-destructive tests and co-ordination with Client / Consultant representatives for inspection.
- Preparation/review of Shop drawings and isometrics for releasing of Fabrication spools to subcontractor.
- Attending meetings and corresponding with client/consultants for all the technical clarifications as well as with manufacturers and suppliers. Co-ordinate with Planning Dept for Construction Schedule and updating of construction schedule for the project focusing on catch-up Plan for delayed area, and Close monitoring on work Progress.
- Catch up the targets as per schedule and acceleration of work, preparing construction planning for next coming weeks as per availability of spools and as per preference of lines to complete first like utility lines, steam lines, jacketed lines etc.
- Co-ordinate with Planning Dept for Construction Schedule and updating of construction schedule for the project focusing on catch-up Plan for delayed area, and Close monitoring on work Progress, Co-ordination with Engineers & Construction Crew for completion of project within scheduled time.
