I currently hold the position of a Supply Chain Administrator in a B2B company, where my role encompasses various tasks, including managing customer orders from the initial creation of sales orders to the issuance of the final invoice.

Additionally, I am responsible for addressing customer inquiries, which may involve providing information on product delivery timelines and assisting with the processing of advance payments when necessary.

Also there has been instances ,in which customers have urgent material requirements, leading me to promptly contact our vendors to expedite these critical orders.

In a specific scenario involving a customer, Sheikh from another GCC country,has required me to communicate with the utmost dignity, both in phone calls & email correspondence.

I have a solid understanding of SAP as it is the primary software I use in my current role.
